Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • In original packaging with certificates (if applicable)

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry

Custom-designed, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.

Shipping Charges

Shipping, handling, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are not permitted once production or customization has begun.
